A well established supplier is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead operations at their branch. This role is ideal for a hands on leader who thrives in a fast paced environment, enjoys building strong customer relationships, and can drive both operational efficiency and team performance.
Responsibilities
- Overseeing full branch operations – sales, customer service, logistics and dispatch
- Leading, mentoring and developing a small team
- Meeting branch targets
- Ensuring DIFOT
- Driving safety standards and compliance across the site
- Working closely with internal departments to meet customer expectations
- Reporting on branch performance and identifying areas for improvement
Requirements
- Previous experience in a Branch Manager, 2IC or Senior Leadership role
- Strong knowledge of building materials or construction environments
- Natural people leader with strong customer focus
- Ability to manage workflow, operations and deadlines effectively
- Strong communication and problem solving skills
